一. Introduction

This series of models is a machine developed and produced for solid (polymer) capacitors. It integrates automatic boost aging, test and sorting into one aging test equipment; the equipment uses mechanical feeding to effectively ensure the equipment’s loading rate and equipment Stability; automatic preset boost mode for automatic boost 7 aging, preset permissions require authorized password operation to avoid hidden dangers of misoperation; simple Chinese operation interface and powerful industrial control operation control system enable data collection, The analysis is easier and the production efficiency can be improved quickly.

二, the process flow

1. The product guide pin is reshaped and polarity detection is performed, and the bent foot, open circuit, short circuit and reverse polarity detection are carried out; products with bent legs, open circuit, short circuit and reverse polarity are excluded;

2. The product is sent to the oven for charging (switching power supply) for high temperature aging;

3. After the product is discharged out of the oven and cooled, the unaged product shall be tested and the unaged product shall be excluded;

4. Carry out leakage test after charging the product for about 45 seconds;

5. Carry out the capacity and loss angle test after the product is discharged;

6. Carry out "ESR" test after the product is discharged (optional);

7. The test results are: good product, poor capacity, high loss, large leakage, high impedance and re-selected products.
